Creazione SUGO's founding members, Kevin and Giulia, delved into the realm of lamp design, pondering what elevates a lamp from a mere functional object to a captivating sculpture. They questioned: When does a lamp transcend its utilitarian purpose and become a work of art? Can it possess familial traits? Is it possible for an inanimate object to evoke both motion and emotion? These inquiries sparked a creative epiphany, giving birth to the OMINO lamp.

This design symbolizes the essence of everyday human activities in various situations. The lamp sculptures are meticulously crafted by bending tubular steel into shapes that depict symbolic movements of the human body. An opaque glass sphere, emitting soft LED light, serves as both the human head and mind. OMINO challenges the conventional perception of lighting, transforming it from a mere illuminating object into a dynamic fusion of humanoid figures. The initial collection comprises six 'buddies' or 'family members.' When the OMINO lamp graces a space, the inhabitants and the designs coexist within the same environment, transcending the boundaries of traditional lamp design. The humanoid sculptural forms cease to be just lamps; they become living art pieces, inviting interaction and contemplation.
