2011 OSMOSIS BLACK x WHITE
Osmosis of Black and White was a painting born from a spontaneous burst of creativity, where I found myself immersed in a symphony of geometrical ideas, blending the realms of architecture and furniture design. This piece was an exercise in simplicity, a dance of two colors that seemed to dissect and morph into one another, while the elements of geometry lingered in my mind, yearning to be designed. Often, when I paint, I do not have a clear vision of what I wish to achieve; instead, I allow the geometry to melt and intertwine, resulting in something far more profound than what lies on the surface. To my delight, this painting was selected for the Affordable Art Beijing exhibition and sold out within 30 minutes, a testament to its captivating allure.
